Welcome to my corner of paradise, where I propose you my home for a beautiful and memorable experience between nature and the ocean, in the heart of a protected forest, just a stone's throw from the beaches and a few kilometers from Lisboa. La Cabane Caparica is a small 60m2 wooden house with a beautiful 300m2 private garden in the middle of a 30-hectare umbrella pine forest overlooking the magnificent beaches of Costa da Caparica. The lovingly crafted bohemian and vintage decor is clean and charming, with furniture and objects steeped in history, to make you feel right at home. A 3-minute walk from La Cabane, the cliff overlooks the entire Costa da Caparica bay, offering panoramic views of the beaches and town of Caparica, as well as the other side of the Tejo from Belém to Cascais and Sintra. Ideal for contemplating the most beautiful sunsets over the immensity of the Atlantic Ocean. The sound of birdsong and lapping waves will lull you to sleep. The condominium is enclosed, private and secure. A parking space is available opposite. A 20-minute drive from the center of Lisboa and 3 minutes from the beach (20-minute walk). When you come to Portugal, come and experience an idyllic escape in communion with nature. La Cabane Caparica is a Life Style, an open space comprising : . A bright, south-facing living room opening onto the garden, with a sofa (90x190 bed), armchair, coffee table and small storage unit where you'll also find board games. . Dining room with a large table for meals, which can also be used for working. . The kitchen opens onto the living room and dining room. Equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, sink and 4-burner gas stove. All kitchen appliances and utensils are at your disposal (Nespresso, blender, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses, Dyson vacuum cleaner, etc.). There's a cast-iron wood-burning stove where you can cook or heat up your meals. It is also used to heat the whole of La Cabane on cooler evenings. . Shower room with jet shower, large work surface with sink, space on both sides to put your products and 2 shelves. Classic toilet. . Spacious, warm bedroom with a large, comfortable bed (160x200), overlooking trees and flowers, peaceful for a good night's sleep (mosquito net on window). There's also space in the large, century-old wardrobe for your belongings. La Cabane Caparica also has an exterior, with a garden planted with trees and flowers, and several areas to make the most of different moments of the day and evening, according to your desires. In front of the large bay window in the living room, a cosy corner with coffee table, bench and footstool, for breakfast in the sun, late afternoon aperitifs or long evening chats, surrounded by greenery and facing the fountain. At the front of the Cabane, a small table with side chairs for a coffee in the shade or a drink in the late afternoon light. In the middle of the garden, a large, open but covered hut, where you can lunch, dine or even work outdoors, sheltered from the heat. You'll find a large table, a sitting area and a small fireplace. The barbecue for your grills is stored here, as is the wood for the indoor stove. At the rear of the garden, there's plenty of space to put mantas (traditional Portuguese blankets) and sunbathe or play. A swing bed and hammock are also available for reading or lounging. There's also a small vegetable garden where you can help yourself (depending on the season). Behind the house is a small shed where you'll find the washing machine and drying rack. A compost bin is at the bottom of the garden, behind the caravan (caravan not accessible). La Cabane Caparica is an ecological house, self-sufficient in water and electricity (solar panels), for travelers who respect, care about and love the environment. This means being conscientious and reasonable about electricity and water consumption. Hiking, walks in the forest and on the beach are activities you're sure to enjoy, as is surfing. Beach accessories (parasol, rackets,...) and outdoor games (Molkky, tennis solo, balls,...) are available. The inside of the Cabane is non-smoking. Outside, please be extremely careful, as you're in the middle of a forest (cigarettes, candles, barbecues, fireplaces). It is forbidden to smoke or light fires outside dedicated areas. Parties are forbidden, so please respect your surroundings and neighbors by avoiding excessive noise outside after 11pm (music volume). The water in the house is not drinkable. Supermarkets, shops, market, pharmacies, vending machines, restaurants, bars nearby. Wi-Fi connection available. Pets not allowed. Check in and check out not autonomous.
