Such a clean and cozy place and with two bedrooms! You just can’t beat the price. Zach was accessible and so quick to respond and help with any of my needs and requests. Extremely nice and respectful. The Place is 1 mile away from sprouts Groceries! And open till 10pm so an easy place to pick up food if need be. Couldn’t have had a better spot while taking my nephew to visit UC Davis.
Zach's home is the perfect place to escape to and visit the Woodland/Davis area. From the very start, Zach had great communication with us before we arrived to his home. Upon arriving to the home we were welcomed with a comfortable stylish home perfect for our family of 3. We cannot wait to come back!

Hello! We are a family passionate about good food & drinks, travel, and adventure. Zach is a Woodland native, foodie, a car enthusiast, and an outdoorsman. Kristen is a lawyer, an avid book reader, and dreamer of adventure. We later moved to Woodland to be closer to family and to raise a family of our own. We have a toddler + a baby on the way!
