You have the whole block to yourself with no “main house” or other people on the property as your host live elsewhere so there is no feeling of needing to tip-toe around. ** This Tiny House is brand new and still a work in progress with new features being added over the coming months. BEDROOM This brand new locally design and built Tiny House has stairs up to the loft which has a quality queen size bed and the pullout sofa in the lounge makes for an extra bed for a friend or the kids. KITCHEN The tiny space is equipped with a kitchen including oven, induction cooktop and dishwasher with pots, pans and basics including oil, vinegar, salt & pepper along with tea and, coffee machine and French press LOUNGE A 2 seat sofa allows you to kick back and binge your favourite streaming service on the TV with fast internet (subscriptions not yet provided). There is split system to keep you cool or cosy and of course the fast internet to keep you well connected. BATHROOM The bathroom includes a Green Loo odour-free and guest-maintenance-free dry composting (waterless) toilet and full size shower with excellent hot water. MORE A designated work desk for those who like to work remotely. This ergonomic space can be adjusted and doubles as a dining area. Gaze out of a picture window that overlooks the eucalypts and surrounding area being revegetated with indigenous plants. Kookaburras perch supports an eco friendly lifestyle as much as we can with a dry compost toilet and full offgrid power system with main backup means you’ll never run out. The Tiny House is fully insulated and double glazed to keep heating/cooling needs to a minimum. Pets are welcome and a dog door enables pets to access a Colorbond fenced dog run behind the Tiny House. A fully fenced yard is hopefully coming soon. An outdoor setting means you can sit outside and watch the birds with a drink in hand and enjoying the BBQ provided.
