Comfortable & Convenient Step into our 50 sqm loft and discover a fully stocked kitchen with cooking essentials for 4, a Nespresso machine, and a cold/hot water dispenser. The kitchen boasts plenty of countertop space, kitchen cabinets, and a comfortable center dining/lunch table for 3. Cozy Sleeping Arrangements Sink into the queen-size bed with hotel-grade mattress and linens, surrounded by ample closet space including a wardrobe with hangers, shelves, and drawers. Need room for one more? The queen-size sofa bed in the living area awaits. Automatic darkening shades on all windows ensure a restful sleep. Functional Bathroom & Laundry The bathroom offers a spacious shower and comes stocked with hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and a hairdryer and a two mirrors. Fresh towels and bathroom rugs are provided, with an extra set available. The private laundry room in the building includes a washer, dryer, laundry soap, and softener. Work & Relaxation Spaces For remote workers, the loft offers versatile spaces for work or relaxation. Enjoy the dining table, sofa, or balcony with floor-to-ceiling windows that open completely for a spacious feel and city views. Additional Amenities We've included a tower fan in the loft for you to use on hotter days although opening the windows should do the trick. Self check-in and 24/7 onsite security provide convenience and peace of mind. A parking spot is available in the building's elevator parking system (best suited for small to medium vehicles). Parking spots are not assigned, but each loft is guaranteed one. Cleaning is included prior to arrival and once a week for longer stays, with additional cleaning available upon request. Additional services such as airport transportation, breakfast, etc. also available upon request. We're new to Airbnb and eager to make your stay perfect. Un departamento bonito, limpio, cómodo, solo que al ser en una zona principal suele haber ruido, si eres de sueño ligero tal vez no sea el mejor lugar aunque te ofrecen tapones y se agradece mucho. Sábanas suavecitas y almohadas súper cómodas!!!
Jeremy is a superb host and we had a lovely time staying in his loft! Communication is lightning fast, incredibly informative on places to see, dine, experience etc., loft was sparkly clean and stocked with nearly every basic essential I think we could need. Not to mention the location is easily walkable to the Reforma, Roma Norte, Juarez since it’s just steps away. The little extras we enjoyed: The washer and dryer with detergents to use. The remote controlled sun shade & black out window shades. The extra large/extra soft bath towels The comfortable pillows and extra bedding The waterfall shower head The coffee and assortment of teas The jar of earplugs because Mexico City is a loud and busy city! The location is perfect for good bars and foods in CDMX. The host Jeremy replied messages very quickly and solved all the issues efficiently. The apartment is cozy and all the amenities are in new condition. Luckily we chose Jeremy’s airbnb, we had a great time in CDMX.
