What a great view! Raffaele and his family were the perfect hosts for our week-long stay. The apartment was spotless and well-appointed, with a lovely terrace and gardens with fruit trees. Although the drive to the house up the hill is not for the faint-hearted or those with a large car, it is within easy reach of sorrento and the amalfi coast on one side, and naples, pompeii, herculaneum, and vesuvius on the other. a small car is handy, but there is also a reliable train service from vico equense, down the hill. Raffaele and his family were very welcoming and communicative hosts, and we felt very much at home during our stay.

I have to say it is the best Airbnb ever in my love. Super warm and friendly owner and his dad is sooo kind. I really want to go back again! It is the BEST!

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful home, with beautiful views. The host Raffaele was very nice and accommodating with helpful suggestions, and allowed us to pick fresh fruits and veggies from their on-site farm. The rooms and apartment were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We especially liked sitting on the roof with a glass of wine at sunset with the view of the ocean, mount Vesuvius, and Napoli below. Do be warned that the road up the hill to the house is steep and parts are very narrow so you will want a small car, and driving confidence, to avoid stress. Also, since it is in a rural area, there are farm smells in the air, and roosters singing in the morning. The pool closes for the season in mid September, so we were not able to use it.

Raffaele ist ein toller - wahnsinnig freundlicher Host. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist sehr schön. Leider war es für uns sehr schwierig zur Unterkunft zu kommen... wir fahren keinen Kleinwagen ;) Durch die Gasse, die zur Unterkunft führt, konnten wir nur mit eingeklappten Seitenspiegeln und Dauer-Piep fahren. Das sorgte bei uns für ein sehr hohes Stress-Level - vor allem, als dann noch Gegenverkehr kam... Da von der Unterkunft aus fußläufig auch nicht viel erreichbar ist (außer Minimarkt jnd eine kleine Pizzeria) - und der Pool nich6t zur Verfügung stand, haben wir vorzeitig unseren Aufenthalt storniert. Raffaele war so nett anzubieten, dass wir unser Auto unten im Ort parken und sein Papa uns immer rauf und runter fahren könnte - sehr nett von ihm. Großes Plus - am Haus gibt es einen riesigen Garten, in dem wir uns frei bedienen durften: Tomaten, Feigen, Auberginen, Zucchini, Kräuter, Karotten, Äpfel - ein echter Traum 😀
