Мы благодарны нашему хозяину за тёплый приём и отличные условия для нашего проживания.Он встретил нас в аэропорту,всегда был отзывчив на наши просьбы,отвёз на экскурсии,а в последний день-в аэропорт.Нам приятно было общаться с ним,а в его уютном доме мы чувствовали себя,как дома.Пляж в нескольких минутах ходьбы.Если будет возможность-мы хотели бы ещё вернуться .

We loved the town of Boca we met wonderful people during our five week stay, locals as well as other Canadians. We went snorkeling just about every day at the beach which was a few minutes walk from the house. We usually cooked our breakfast and most of the time we had enough leftovers from dinner that we had at a restaurant to have for lunch. All the restaurants are in walking distance, the food is quite tasty and excellent service. We didn’t meet the owner jennery her brother looked after us he was very responsive to help when we messaged him. We should have message him on our last day because he seemed upset with us for some reason. I wasn’t there for the conversation but my husband said Minet asked if we were coming back next year or so he thought that’s what he said and Don said if you give me a good deal. After that Minet changed and looked upset. So all the way to the airport it was uncomfortable. It wasn’t a good ending to our wonderful trip 😢

Honest feedback, good and bad. Good: Beautiful house, good neighbourhood, very resourceful host. Disappointment: Kitchen and utensils were not clean. Stain and dirt on the fridge and surfaces. Furniture had so much grease on it we didn't feel comfortable to sit on it. Kitchen didn't have a simple dishwashing detergent so that we could wash the unclean dishes and utensils for use. Kitchen was there but not usable. Short stays should have the basics. There was absolutely nothing (salt, pepper, match to light the gas stove... ). THE HOUSE DOES NOT HAVE WINDOWS: It has only shutters. It means, you hear everybody and everybody hears you. Noise problem from the dogs constantly barking. Bedroom and beds: Beds NO sheets just the mattress cover. This was the most expensive airbnb in the neighbourhood but we were disappointed when it came to notice how much it was missing, even compared to the ordinary airbnbs.

Very nice place and very nice guy. The best place we've been at in Cuba. He's not cheap or greedy. He helped us with sim card. He recommended a great restaurant with a good price. He brought us coconuts and a machete. He explained how to open them. We had lots of fun! We could hear the ocean. It's a great place to stay at with a very nice and helpful owner.

Amazing place, lovely host Henri was so kind to us and nothing was a problem. Lovely snorkelling nearby such a treat to swim in amazing sea so close by. Great introduction to Cuban life. Cocktails really cheap close by! We are returning to stay here on our way back to the airport.
