In the middle of the beautiful South Funen nature with hilly landscape, forests, river valleys and charming beaches along the strait. Only a five minute walk from one of South Funen's best bathing jetties and several fantastic beaches and fishing spots. A short drive along the water leads you to Svendborg, where culture flourish all year round. A unique oasis on South Funen This very special house, originally built in 1800, renovated in 1960 and has been restored in 2022 respecting the original retro style from the 60s, which has been preserved as much as possible. The ground floor offers a spacious living room with desk, sofa corner and a cozy day-bed for two sleepers. In addition, dining room, well-equipped kitchen and a nice renovated bathroom with underfloor heating. On the first floor there is a large well-appointed bedroom with a double bed and a smaller, cozy room with a bed and a half. Everything is tastefully decorated with style and charm. Outside you have access to your own lovely garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue area and your own lawn with fire pit (firewood included). You can also explore our 5.5 hectare nature plot, where you can play round ball, feather ball or football, and use the cozy living areas scattered around the plot. Perfect for family activities or quiet yoga exercises in the shade of the big, old trees. We have a large wood-heated wilderness hottub that can be used by appointment for a small surcharge. We take care of kindling and preparation for you.
