Cozy up in this spacious coach house with a beautiful peekaboo ocean view, heated floors, tons of natural light, fully equipped kitchen, large wrap around deck for soaking in the sun and amazing nighttime stargazing. Located on a quaint & quiet peninsula we are a 3 minute walk from the natural rocky beach, a great spot to launch a kayak or check out the little crabs, close to a number of lakes and lots of great hiking trails! The second bedroom has a bunk bed. Children only recommended. There is a King size bed in the master bedroom and a set of twin bunkbeds in the second bedroom. The bunk beds are great for kids or small adults but not ideal for larger adults.

Our stay was easy and pleasant from the start and we were accommodated even though it was short notice on our behalf. Pearl and her husband Gerry are easy going, welcoming warmly while respecting our privacy. The house itself is nicely decorated (with the exception of the artificial plants) That is personal preference however. The house was clean and very well stocked (the most well stocked accommodations both of us have seen) attention to details was noticeable in all the items provided. From snacks and coffee to pods for the dishwasher and washing machine. Our dog was welcomed warmly as well with a variety of treats, dishes and dog bed and more. Each person in the MB have a charging pad for our cell phones. We were very impressed and hope to come back.
The house is cozy and chic , everything look actually as the photos Most importantly, it is clean and tidy The house has a big gas cook stove , and a BBQ outside , that we used to cook for two gourmet dinners The house has lots of window with plenty of natural night , and has a good selection of books to read Me and my family enjoyed the stay there, a good scape from busy life
Pearl and Gerry’s place was so cozy and comfortable, we felt so at home the moment we stepped in. Spacious, bright, well laid out, and with a great wrap-around deck perfect for BBQing and relaxing. The place was extremely well stocked: snacks, coffee, cooking essentials, dog treats, etc. We had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfast. There were lots of little touches such as charging pads for phones by each side of the bed that were so thoughtful. Location wise, the house is on a cute little peninsula of Garden Bay, very charming and quiet. Great homebase to explore the area. 100% would stay here again if the opportunity comes up.
Serene, cute and cozy! Pearl and Gerry are incredible hosts. The space is private and quiet, perfect for a relaxation getaway. Comfortable and cozy with quality amenities. They thought of everything for this space. We can't wait to visit and stay here again! Thank you.

Garden Bay Estates is a quiet and friendly neighbourhood where we look after each other. We feel safe enough that we generally don’t lock our doors unless we’re going away. Feel free to greet anyone you pass on your walk and strike up a conversation.
The Estate is made up of an outside waterfront circle and an inner circle. A leisurely walk around the circle takes less than 15 minutes unless you stop and chat with the neighbours.
