Additional seating along the wall can accommodate an additional six guests. The large picture windows, where the barn doors used to be, allow the sun to brighten and warm the space. The family room invites you to relax on the comfortable couches while warming up by the gas fireplace after a day of exploring the pastures. The tongue and groove walls and ceiling offer warmth to the cozy space. Additional entertainment and TV rooms provide guests with additional room to spread out and enjoy the multi-game game table. The game table can covert into air hockey table, ping-pong, or a pool table. Outside, a true oasis has thoughtfully been designed to maximize relaxation. Bluff View Farm features six sleeping areas, including two master suites, and can accommodate up to fourteen guests. The spacious loft master bedroom has a king bed, TV sitting area, and a private ensuite. There is also a desk for remote work. This bedroom is open to the floor below. The main floor is home to a second master suite with a queen bed and private ensuite with a step-in shower. Three barn stalls on the main level have been converted into cozy bedrooms with barn doors and skylights for natural light. Two of the bedrooms have king beds, while the third barn room can sleep three in twin-over-full bunk beds. An additional bedroom off the living room has a full bed and access to a covered sitting area just outside. A common bathroom is located just across the aisle from the barn stalls. Please Note: The living room TV has Direct TV. The remaining Smart TVs do not have live cable, but are set up for guests to use their own streaming accounts. This wonderful mountain home provides, WiFi, central heating and air conditioning, and a washer and dryer. The sitting area off the entertainment room features a full futon for sleeping for an additional guest. Please note there are exterior security cameras that capture the parking area, the front porch and side bedroom exterior door, the carport, and the backyard. The gravel driveway leads to large level gravel parking area with a conveniently located EV charger. Pets are not allowed at Bluff View Farm. 4WD or AWD and tire chains are recommended for winter traveling.
