Super clean and charming, this bungalow has an artful tranquil vibe and is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood – it's one of the original homes built in 1925 in this historic area. The house was recently remodeled and updated with modern conveniences. You'll have your own private gated front entrance that opens to a garden oasis full of lush greenery and a fruitful mandarin tree. The front garden is a wonderful spot to enjoy the sun! There are two seating areas amid the plants and succulents where you can unwind, eat a meal, or get a bit of work done, if needed. The indoor space features a large living room/dining area, a well stocked kitchen, and two bedrooms. There's a full bathroom in the hallway between the bedrooms. The front bedroom has a king-size bed and a small half-bathroom connected to it. The back bedroom has a queen bed and a large closet. Both bedrooms have blackout shades and curtains. There's also a small laundry area off of the kitchen where you can wash and dry clothes if needed. The French doors at the back of the kitchen open up to a beautiful backyard deck and garden. There's a seating area around a fire pit where you can relax and enjoy a meal al fresco. We also have sun loungers in the garden area in a spot that gets a lot of sunlight during parts of sunny days (great for sun tanning!) We can accommodate up to four people (one king bed, one queen bed). There is free and ample street parking that is unrestricted except during street sweeping times (Wednesday & Thursdays on 2nd and 4th weeks of the month).
