The newest addition to our family of stylish and luxury condos in Kihei and Wailea. We want you to feel at home the moment you step inside. Our condo is located at Kauhale Makai “Village by the Sea”, a community nestled up against a charming beach; perfect to catch the most amazing sunsets. The property amenities include two pools, a hot tub, shuffleboard decks, putting green, several BBQ grills with picnic tables and tiki torches. Surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds swaying with palm and banana trees. This slice of paradise offers a local and relaxed setting, maintaining a vibrant community. Take a breath and experience Aloha! Our condo features high speed internet and WiFi, a 65” Smart TV with your favorite streaming apps and local cable, a land line phone for free and unlimited calls to the US Mainland, Canada and Guam. Our fully equipped chef’s kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, blender, baking ware, French press, Keurig with K-cups provided, high end cookware, and all utensils including everything you need to BBQ. Dine inside at our beautiful live wood edge dining table with room for 6 or enjoy your meal on the lanai and lose yourself in the sight and sounds of the ocean. The oversized sofa pulls out into a queen size sleeper when needed to comfortably sleep six. The master suite is fit for a king! A stunning king size bed with direct ocean views awaits you. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed. Additional pillows and bed linens are provided. For your comfort we offer both memory foam and regular pillows. We provide fluffy bath, hand, and face towels to pair with our spa-inspired bathrooms. Heading to the beach? Grab the beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and a cooler to help make sure your time on the sand is relaxing. The condominium complex features a convenient laundry room with coin or App operated washers and dryers. Parking is provided at no charge.

Stayed here for half of my trip to Maui. This spot gave me everything I wanted when I come to the islands - easy access to the beach, good opportunity to meet with both locals and fellow tourists, close proximity to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. The newly remodeled space was wonderful and Aaron was super communicative and helpful. 10/10.
No Pool until after 5/6. It’s in the listing, but not upfront and obvious. It’s further down, and listing is confusing by listing pool/hot tub as amenities and showing photos. Place is brand new and nicely redone. A few things need to be fixed. The dishwasher door doesn’t completely open, which makes it difficult to use. No contractor would have put those 2 appliances so close together without checking that. The bathroom could use more hooks for towels and swimwear. People come to Hawaii to swim and snorkel. We need places to hang wet items, there’s tons of space for that in the bathroom. Just need more hooks. Location is awesome, bed comfy, kitchen fully stacked, and super tidy. I’d stay again if the pool was fixed and there wasn’t construction noise outside my window.
We thoroughly enjoyed this AirBnB experience. The apartment has been beautifully renovated and matches the description. It has everything you need for a relaxing break - even beach chairs! Spotless and close to the beach. Aaron was extremely responsive and helpful in letting us book pretty last minute. Highly recommended! :)

Kihei is located at the base of Haleakala, a sprawling and majestic 10,000-foot-high volcano. Stunning views of the mountain are everywhere. Lined with miles of beaches, local food & shopping, and proximity to many activities. Fun fact about Hawaii- all beaches are public! There is no such thing as a private beach anywhere in the state. Together with neighboring Wailea, the area enjoys numerous shops, restaurants, and “happy hour” opportunities. Kauhale Makai is a short distance from many grocery stores, including Safeway, Times and Foodland. If you prefer Costco or Target swing by on your way from the airport.
We always recommend renting a car when visiting Maui to explore all that the island has to offer.

This inspired us to create the ideal environment and provide the right amenities for the perfect stay. Happiness can be about the journey that produces it and we found it on Maui, the “ valley island”. After visiting Maui for many years on vacation for a break from business travel, we moved here permanently a few years ago. We chose Kihei, a relaxed ocean front surfing community that thrives with the aloha spirit! We welcome you into our Ohana.
