The house is exactly as advertised. Centralized location, the beach, restaurants, tourist shops, and convenience store are all within walking distance. The nearest grocery store(s) is only a few miles away. The house was very spacious, neatly decorated and furnished and had everything I needed and more. The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is very quiet, while located a block away from the main beach boulevard. The boat dock in the back is great and gives you a very scenic look of the water that runs though the bay. I am a native of Florida and it definitely is a great beach house to stay at and I look forward to a return visit in the future.

We had a great time at this home for a long weekend. I stayed with my young toddler and it was ready with a pack and play and high chair available which was super useful. The pool was great and clean and items for the beach (towels, toys, chairs, cooler) were all helpful. The kitchen has all the basics you need and there was coffee and espresso pods to start the day. The bedrooms were all large and quiet. The shared bathroom (not the master) was a little unexpected as it is more of a walk-in tub than true shower but for our purposes it was fine. Overall really great experience and would recommend the stay to a family.

Ag was a wonderful host! The house was exactly as advertised. We were immediately struck by how clean the house was. The view out by the pool was gorgeous! The neighborhood the house is in is very pretty and the beach is less than a 10 minute walk away. There are tons of restaurants and stores within very close walking distance, as well. The kids loved the novelty of having TVs in their bedrooms and having their own spaces to relax in. Having a washer and dryer was a lifesaver for our family, as well. I would 100% encourage a family to choose this house as an option over a cramped hotel room even though you aren’t directly on the beach. It was a great week!
