Kara’s place was excellent. The backyard is very private and peaceful with a nice deck and huge shade trees. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay in Johnson City! The location was excellent, and we were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the Science Mill. The space was perfect for our family of four - my daughter didn't want to leave! Thank you, Kara, for a great experience!

Me and my Husband loved staying here at the City Oak Cottage. Great location to 290 and super nice home. Very cozy and very nice comfortable bed, cool backyard it’s really a great value for the money! We loved it and would highly recommend it if your going for a modern cottage this it! Kara was also a great host as well and checked in with us!

Kara's place was super cute and we very much enjoyed staying with her. If we needed anything, she was prompt to respond. Everything is nice, updated and I loved the midcentury modern look. It was clean, and had most everything you need. She even had a bottle of wine and some chocolate for us to enjoy! Definitely recommend this place and will stay here again when I am in the area.
