Lovely staff. Good place for breakfast around the corner. Right on a hill which is a challenge to walk up from university St with heavy luggage. Really easy to get to places from there. Comfy room with really thick and fluffy towels.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The rooms were surprisingly nice for the price, and everything was spotless. The staff were so lovely and made me feel welcome. I would definitely give this hotel a perfect 10/10, especially since it was my first time staying at a hotel. Thanks for letting me share my positive experience!

Staff was so nice, They held our luggage for a few hours after checkout! For those sensitive to smell: the lobby is heavily perfumed. FYI There is a small flight of stairs you must walk up / down with luggage before you get to the elevators. Nice staff could possibly help with this if needed? This hotel is very old so the walls are very thin. Hearing our neighbors didn’t bother us much because they weren’t doing anything problematic but just a heads up you can hear every word people are saying. We slept with ear plugs. The finishings in the room are all quite worn. Big cracks in the bathroom ceiling. The desk had large knicks out of it, the carpet is old etc. The city has pushed the unhoused population and open air drug market to Pike street between 3rd & 5th (especially in front of Ross) If you are headed to the Pike market avoid this part of Pike Ave. Especially if you are traveling with children. For the price it worked well. Thanks for the stay! Would stay again.

Nice place! Perfect for me as a solo traveller. Special shoutout to the lady on the front desk who helped me check in! I didn't catch her name but her folks were from Hawaii and the South and she couldn't have been more friendly and helpful in providing me recommendations :)

We had a great stay here! Kind staff at the front desk, easy valet parking to get checked in, and location is in close walking distance to Pike's Market and downtown Seattle.
