Welcome to our spacious and sunny 100 sqm apartment right in the lively center of Riga! This comfy place is perfect for families or groups of friends who want a mix of city fun and a quiet place to relax. We can host up to five people at the same time. The biggest treasure of this apartment is a large terrace and free parking that is not so easy to find elsewhere in the city center! Our apartment is comfy, convenient, and a great base for your city adventure. We can't wait to host you! The Space: Our apartment has plenty of room for everyone. There are two big bedrooms, each with a comfy queen-size bed. One bedroom has direct access to the bathroom (the bathroom has two entrances - from the common area and the master's bedroom). Master's bedroom has a large blanket for two people, the other bedroom has two separate single blankets. Each person has two large pillows. Towels are also provided (large and medium). There's also a sofa that can be used as a bed for the 5th person and the extra bedding can be found in the cupboard under the TV. The main part of the apartment is the big open living room that connects to a kitchen. The living area has a comfy seating spot where you can chill out and watch the smart TV. We have Go3 app which allows you to access many local and foreign channels. Next to the living room area, there's a dining area where you can enjoy meals together. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary items for cooking. The stovetop (with gas burners), oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all the cutlery and plates are present. You will be able to cook just like at home! You'll also find a huge bathroom with a large bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of sightseeing. Plus, there's a very large walk-in closet and wardrobe, so you'll have plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. Outside, we have a sunny terrace with nice outdoor furniture. It's a great spot to have your morning coffee or relax after a day of exploring Riga. It is very rare to have such a terrace in the center of Riga so we hope you will enjoy it fully! Especially nice during the summer of course! It is allowed to smoke on the terrace.
