Our stay at Serene Heights was lovely. Located on the second floor, the apartment is small but cozy & comfortable. The check-in was quite easy. The location is central so Grab was quick and inexpensive. We received deliveries from Lazada as well, that were left at the guard shack when we weren’t at home. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, bird watching from the deck & meeting some of the friendly residents and staff of the complex. As one of the first guests to occupy this space, we had a few hiccups but Raymond was so easy to communicate with & quickly resolved any issues. We requested an early check-in & late check-out and Raymond happily granted our requests. Thank you Raymond for being such a wonderful host! Highly recommend for a nice stay while in Miri.
