We were 7 friends who visited Baku and stayed at Ayaz's place for 4 nights. Firstly the place turned out exactly as the pictures, it was a WOW from the get go. Ayaz was very responsive to our messages and had a cleaning company engaged which took care of everything we needed at the flat. (small issues were there which got sorted out quickly). This is a beautifully done 4 BHK, which was the perfect place we were looking for staying during our holidays at Baku. The flat was located on 3rd floor, having lift access in a secured building. There were many eating places/ cafes just beneath like Mc Donalds etc including a few hyper-marts for groceries etc. The one i will recommend for breakfast is Mix Point cafe just on the left of the main gate.We could easily walk to Nizami street in 10 mins and all the cafes and sea front area. I would highly recommend Ayaz's place for a large family or a group of friends.
