Welcome to our holiday home. Relax and enjoy your visit with a lush green paddy field view. It is a peaceful, spacious and family oriented stay. Our apartment is just 500 meters away from the beautiful white sand beach. The place is very peaceful, bright and refreshing. ★ Living room There is a spacious living room with TV and board/card games for your leisure time activities. Living room also has one balcony. ★ Bed room It is a 2BHK apartment, which comes along with two bedrooms, one balcony in one of the rooms and two spacious bathrooms with necessary toiletries. ★ Kitchen & dining A fully functional kitchen with a dining area with all the basic amenities: gas stove, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, cookware, crockery and cutlery, glasswares ( cup, mugs, beer and wine glasses ). ★ Work from home setup This place offers a dedicated workspace with a high speed Internet. ★ Parking Guest vehicle parking is available. ★ Location It is located on the first floor of the "D" building in Fatrade-Varca beach road. Dabolim Airport ( GOI ) is 40 mins drive from here.

Sonal and Ashish’s house was fantastic. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. Kitchen was well-stocked, the bedrooms was super comfy. In a great location, an easy walk to all nearby beaches. The space was absolutely what was promised. Sonal & Ashish was very accommodating and helpful, checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Furthermore, they clearly explained the area and guided us about all the close by restaurants and cafes. Would definitely stay here again!
Had an amazing stay as the property is spacious and well-maintained. It is very clean and tidy. It has fully equipped kitchen, good wi-fi speed, comfortable beds and rest of the amenities were great. Sonal & Ashish were responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The place is very near to beach, I had a great time and will definitely stay here again. Must recommended place!
