Located in the heart of historic Grand Forks, this cozy bungalow is where peace and convenience come together in perfect harmony. Nestled in a family-friendly community, you will find this home a quiet respite from the city life, but still just minutes from downtown. 8 minutes away from the Alerus Center and 5 minutes from UND, the spacious layout and location will make for the ideal setting. Even though it has "bungalow" in the name, it still provides everything a larger home includes - 2 quaint but gorgeous bedrooms. A full bathroom features a wonderful, rainfall shower head with a mineral filter. A full kitchen, den, and dining area with a beautiful wall of windows to the outside. This bungalow even has a full laundry room for your use.

Second time I've stayed here, I'm at least twice as pleased. Will come again. Quiet and simple, comfortable and warm.
The place was clean and had everything we needed. We were very thankful Ellei allows pets, and our dog felt right at home.

I was in Grand Forks for the Soul Fire & Ice CrossFit competition and decided to come up and stay at Ellei's place. It was in a great location, only a couple minutes from Grand Forks Downtown and also under 10 minutes from the Alerus Center, where the competition was being held. The house has everything you need for a cute/quaint stay. Everything was up to my standards and hope to come back. Ellei's was an exceptional host!!!! I definitely recommend this place in your stay in Grand Forks, ND.

3 parking spaces located on the premise as well as street parking on 4th St. There is no parking on Cherry St. 8 min from the Alerus Center and 6 min away from campus.
