This was our 6th stay at the cabin so we obviously love it! Temps went as low as 12 degrees and we had snow (didn't know it could be even more beautiful!) but between the heaters and the fireplace we were nice and cozy. It would be great if the kitchen items were refreshed/added to for more involved cooking, but since we are aware of that we brought the necessary items from home. The only real negative part is leaving, but we're already planning #7.

Nestled along the coastline and surrounded by lush trees, this was the quiet and beautiful respite we were looking for. The space has been slightly updated from the pictures, including a queen-size IKEA-style futon in the living room (which was quite comfy) and a cute little kitchen with electric range, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Pretty bare on the pantry supplies, so, as recommended by the host, a stop in Belfair at the QFC or Safeway for groceries and supplies is a good bet. WiFi not so good, but my husband had good cell signal (AT&T). Reminder that burn bans in Mason County often go all summer and include the beach fire pit and wood-burning stove. Would definitely recommend for the deck views alone!
