For swimming you have many options within about 20' driving distance, but the closest beach, Kapsali, is 5' by c Our house, is located in the heart of Kythera right over Chora's square (Platia). It is 143m2 in size and has the possibility to accommodate 7 guests. It has two master bedrooms, one which sleeps two guests and one which sleeps three. The kitchen (fully functional), the living room (with a sofa which folds out and becomes a double bed) and dining room areas are effectively combined in one open space. It also has two bathrooms, one big with a bathtub and one small with a shower. It was built around the 1880s. It consists of two parallel “volts” (dome ceilings) that are nothing more than the roof of the house's supertall basement-storage and a part built into the rock.
