really nice clean place. There was lots of room for my friend and I, we had a great weekend.
Accurate description and photos. Handy location and everything you need for an overnight stay after a long day on the road
Good for a night's accommodation. Relatively clean and tidy. As others have mentioned the Train is quite loud, but this wasn't a surprise as had been called out by other reviewers. Easy check in.. Overall, good value and did the job

Located 1.3km from Palmerston North Airport, and 1.0km from Palmerston North Hospital; 4 minutes walk from Milson Shopping Centre which contains a Four Square supermarket; bakery, hair dresser, butcher, and more. Mahanga Kakariki Reserve with children's playground is 2 minutes drive away, and City Fitness Gym is 4 minutes drive away.
We are 9 minutes drive from the Square, and Palmerston North has fantastic traffic with scarcely any delays.
The flat is located in a block of flats on a back section, and has plenty of parking; although the shared driveway is not that great, hence the caution to drive slowly and avoid the potholes.
The railway is four flats away - some people notice the trains going through and others don't.
