Great stay at Henry for a family birthday celebration. Place was immaculate, nicely decorated with 4 big, spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and plenty of areas to entertain. Only downside was the boiler was on the blink which knocked the heating and hot tub off every day. That said a crew came out within 15 minutes to solve it, but happened 3 times over our 3 night stay. Got back a bit later on the Sunday to find it had gone off again, so no final night hot tub or heating for us. I appreciate that above is probably a complete one off but frustrating none the less.

Less than a mile from Holly House Farm is the Holly Hill Inn, offering affordable pub grub, a fireplace, stone walls & homely decor. For stocking up the fridge we love the weekly markets in Leyburn and Richmond, or there's a large supermarket 2 miles away. Five minutes' drive away is the popular Middlemoor Farm Cafe. It is open daily serving breakfast, the most delicious lunches, and afternoon tea.
The historic market town of Richmond, North Yorkshire is only 5 miles away with plenty of restaurants, bars and cafés to discover. The location of this Yorkshire holiday cottage makes getting around easy, so it is a great base for family holiday activities.
