From the day one, theres no tv at the master bedroom. Full of cockroaches and ant from nowhere. Upstairs bedroom (left room from stairs) had broken air conditioner and shower’s drain got clogged. Day 2, they do fogging for master bedroom (because I complaining about the bugs). But they not clean it and just leave the dead insects on the floor. Also their assistant is not helpful. The funny things is the villa run out of electricity at night 😂 it’s pretty hot. I pay the bill first because the owner did not answer us until morning. I think this villa really needs maintenance. I feel like I got scammed. lol. no refund no compensation 👍🏻

The size of the villa is fantastic and the host is very responsive. Check in was first said 2pm but moved to 3pm which is annoying to have to wait around. When we checked in there was a dirty towel in the upstairs bathroom and the pool had bits in and looked like it needed a good clean. The TV in bedrooms not working. Contacted host, she responded straight away however, no one came to take the dirty towel or check. Someone came to take the TV the next day and then left the villa door unlocked. TV was not returned during our stay. 3rd day we went out and came back to the villa door being unlocked again (nothing was taken). Not enough seating for the size of the villa. Enjoyable enough stay but villa needs an upgraded.

Der Aufenthalt war sehe schön. Man hat seine ruhe, ist ganz privat. In der Umgebung gibt es Wäschereien und Rollerverleih. Ein super Ausgangspunkt um die südliche Insel zu erkunden.
