Have no words to describe how beautiful the place is. This is my second visit to this place and one of my favourite place. It just feels like home. The house was so clean and well equipped. The view from this house is breathtaking especially during sunset and sunrise. A perfect place to spend time with family and friends. Gayathri was so helpful and she was continuously in touch with us. Thank you for making our stay special. Will definitely come back again!

A very peaceful stay by the Muttar river, cozy rooms. Both the owner and the caretaker were all about helping out. Checkin was comfortable, the stay was comfortable. The evening was totally serene. You could catch ducks swimming around in the pool while the sun dipped down, and the greenery across the river just added to the vibe. Definitely a thumbs up!

Beautiful place for a weekend trip with family

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great host and caretaker.Thanks to Airbnb for recommending me this place. This villa is beautifully decorated and spacious enough to spend your time peacefully. The scenic view of the river and lush greenery around gave a good vibe for my mind. This place is also very close to wherever you want to go . Its just in the city,but feels like its far away from the city because of its calmness. Its just located in main city of Kochi, Edappally and close to lulu mall. It was very easy to order food from every food delivery apps and also cabs came within 1-2 mins from the time i booked. Next time when i visit kochi, i will definitely bring my family along and give them a good time over here. Also i felt very safe here. I needed to go out and i observed that the place is very safe too. I went to AIMS for my checkup and its very close to the villa too. Definitely a 10/10 for location and accessibility.
