This centrally located 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is just 9 mins from The Battery/Truist Park, 15 mins. from Downtown Atlanta! Keep everyone entertained in this family-oriented home with a spacious backyard and covered patio area, a fire pit and yard games. Explore all that Atlanta has to offer just a short distance away. 5 mins to Smyrna Village, 16 mins to Marietta Square, 9 mins to Cobb Galleria Convention Centre, 13 mins to Mercedes Benz Stadium, 25 mins to Georgia Aquarium and so much more! Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 each have Queen-sized beds. A pack and play for infants is available upon request. Included are a washer/dryer, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and Keurig, plus cooking and eating utensils, basic spices. Broom, mop, paper towels, disinfectant cleaning wipes are available for cleanups and spills.

Tina was a wonderful host, and her home was beautiful! She was very responsive and helpful. We loved the backyard and being so close to the Braves stadium. We cannot wait to come back, and will definitely stay here on future visits to see the Braves play!

Very quiet, friendly, family-oriented neighborhood. Close to plenty of activities, grocery stores, parks and more.
There is a public community pool 2 mins away at Tolleson Park. It also has tennis courts, trails, playgrounds, and more. To use the pool, there is a nominal cost. You can call to get more information on current prices. Cost is approximately $8/day per adult and $5/day per child. The pool is normally open late May to early September.
Car needed. Uber/Lyft accessible. Free parking in driveway for 2 cars.
