This resort is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! It sits right off the coast of the ocean and looks exactly like the pictures. The staff was absolutely phenomenal. The staff assisted me with transportation and booking excursions. The food was delicious and the cocktails were top tier. I will definitely be booking my stay here again when I return to Zanzibar in September.

We loved the pics but when we got there, we found the heat stifling in the tent. the air con/wifi kept cutting out and the generator only worked some of the time. Not possible to stay in the tent during the day, like an oven :( Set out to explore the area, only to discover that it was completely isolated of anything within walking distance :( We brought our own food to cook as the site advertises a kitchen but the kitchen is only used for preparing guest meals and not available for guests to use. Staff tried cooking our meals. Was a challenge. Had to eat in their restaurant :( Both shower and toilet are outdoor. There is a relatively large construction being built right up against the tent boundary. Workers were able to look in :( Our door lock broke. Host advised we were "perfectly safe". Next day our neighbours advised their tent was slashed with a knife whilst they slept. They lost all of their valuables. Host refused to compensate them :( We were very scared and left :(

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this tranquil seaside retreat! The location couldn’t have been more perfect – nestled in a quiet and peaceful area right by the sea, it was the ideal getaway spot. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality from the host and staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, accommodating our every need with grace and efficiency. The accommodations themselves were clean, cozy, and thoughtfully appointed, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially loved being able to wake up to the sound of the waves and enjoy stunning ocean view a few steps away. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a serene and rejuvenating retreat by the sea. Huge thanks to the host and staff for making our stay truly memorable!

Wonderful people and a truly unique setting, brilliant crowd and the best cocktail I’ve had on the island (thanks James). Would deeeeeply recommend.
