A 20 min de carro, no Cabedelo tem praia para a pratica de desportos radicais Windsurf Kitesurf, entre outras, temos um local onde arrumar pranchas , etc . Sendo esta uma praia onde se realizam diversas competições de âmbito internacional. O Imóvel esta localizado, perto de cafés com esplanada e restaurantes, estamos em frente ao Museu de Arte e Arqueologia de Viana do Castelo estamos no centro da cidade onde poderá visitar os centros de arte e cultura, temos belas paisagens. da varanda temos vista para Santa Luzia Indo e Vindo Existem bons transportes públicos perto da casa. Estacionamento grátis para os moradores do imóvel.

Olivier's place is perfectly located for a visit to this wonderful city. The flat has everything needed for a short or long stay. Peaceful quiet neighborhood with great places to eat and enjoy the city. Olivier had great suggestions on what to do and where to eat.
Olivier is a *wonderful* host and we truly enjoyed getting to know him while staying at his lovely apartment for the past three weeks. The place is very clean and comfortable, and the afternoon and evening breezes keep the space cool. The views are unbelievable, with the Square out front, the Basilica on the mountain beyond that, and ocean views from the bedroom. Stunning. The only small issue is parking. Parking is available on a side alley and is probably no problem with a smaller car. As we're traveling around for four months, we have a fair bit of luggage and rented a Peugeot 2008 - an SUV style vehicle. It was a little tight getting in and out of the alley, although I got used to it over time. Regardless, we will definitely book with Olivier when we're back in Viana do Castelo and would recommend this location to anyone looking to enjoy a visit to this wonderful place.

We had an amazing stay at Oliviers place. Great location. Private parking available. Clean accommodations. Communication with Olivier was great and fast. You are centrally located which is super convenient, but then don't expect super quiet. And one thing as someone from the US, most places are closed from 3-7, with the exception of some snack places, so stock up at the supermarket to have food at home.
