It’s what I needed and price was right. Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. Fridge was full of old groceries, not clean.

Neighbors were making noise and upon arrival, it looked like someone was just lying down on the bed and got up quick when I arrived and then a lady said she would clean up the room but I noticed the same covers after she was done. There’s also a whole family living in the garage and a man who doesn’t speak English lives in the backyard.
