We’re a long distance couple so we’re always looking for something fun and exciting to do when we have time together! We absolutely had a great time at Rich’s place and it was exactly what we needed! It’s very close to everything we needed and looks exactly like the pictures! Highly recommend for any couples wanting to have an exciting sexy weekend and which is exactly what we got! Any issues we did encounter were taken care of immediately, we use Airbnb a lot and Rich was extremely responsive to any and all inquiries we had, and took care of everything immediately! We will absolutely book again and thank you for such a great time!
Very good with communication, place is very cozy and it’s exactly what it looks like in picture. Me and my man had an amazing time 🤪. Host was even generous enough to let me stay an extra hour after check out due to personal reasons. I will be booking again when I’m back in town . Thank you for helping me make my man’s birthday special ✨❤️🔥.
Initially I had an issue at Rich’s place, but I will not elaborate b/c it was resolved. The only reason I’m bringing it up is to say, he is willing to come to a fair resolution w/ you when there is any issues. Other than that, the listing did look like what was advertised & it was a pretty comfortable stay overall. The only suggestions I have is that he should get a bath mat for the the tub & that he should have at least 2 towels per guest.
Rich was very responsive and super helpful ! Even checked in to make sure everything was running smoothly. The place looked exactly like the pictures and everything was in great distance too. I’d definitely book again!
We had such a wonderful stay! I definitely look forward to coming back when I’m in the Atlanta area again.

It's very safe and quiet complex that you can feel comfortable walking at night. It's right of a major highway that leads into the city so super convenient for getting in and out of down town Atlanta.
For this location it's recommended that you have a car or plan to get around using Uber or other types of right share.

Hi great to meet you. We are Rich and Dia, we have Lived in Atlanta for 22 years All Rich's family is from Jamaica, Dia's is from Cuba, so we are Island people at heart. We Love the outdoors, adventure, travel and making New Friends. We use Airbnb when we travel, so when we host, we know how to treat our guests. Rich is an Industrial Engineer by degree, he currently works managing large commercial office buildings. We have been guests at Air B&B for many years. Our great experiences with the people that have hosted us inspired us to want to host. Our goal is to pass on that same great travel experience...:-)
