Natalia's studio was better than advertised. Located in the heart of the financial district and extremely convenient subway station across the street. Very friendly and attentive doormen available at all times. Quiet and safe in comparison to other areas. Laundry room and gym were as advertised and always seemed to be un-used. The studio itself was clean and organized, and felt very cozy. Would highly recommend.

Had a lovely month-long stay at Natalia’s! The space is a standard New York-sized studio, but it was just me staying, so I considered it a decent and comfortable amount of space. Note: there is limited storage space for guests, which I was perfectly ok with (as I’m kind of used to living out of a suitcase), but just a note for others. Amenities like laundry + refuse rooms on each floor, as well as a front desk, elevators, and a dishwasher are gems to find in Manhattan, so to have all of that in one place is quite the offering. Additional upsides: The area feels safe, is very walkable, and has plenty of subway and bus lines if you need to venture farther out. Also, as other guests have mentioned, the guys who work the desk are beyond kind and helpful. Overall, I had a very nice and cozy experience here and will likely book again!

Nice apartment - perfectly located with the nicest doormen ever. I always felt super safe. Natalia is responding very fast which made the communication very easy. Highly recommend!
