Discover Auckland from this quiet and cosy studio close to some of Auckland's best attractions. By car - 9 minutes to Mission Bay, 2 minutes to Remuera shops, 5 minutes to Newmarket and Westfield, 3 minutes to the Market Road train station, 7+ minutes to motorway junction at Greenlane or Mercy Ascot Hospital, 5 minutes to the Domain and Museum, about 12 minutes to downtown. Or get an AT card and catch the 755 bus to the city & back - the bus stop is about 50 meters from the Studio. The studio is tucked away in a wood surrounded area with palm trees at the entrance, and on the other side, the neighbour's garden. They have a vege garden outside the studio window so occasionally you might see them tending it. The studio is quiet and a cosy space to relax in and come home to. I lived there for a while and loved the space and the location. There is a medium size kitchen. It is equipped with all sorts of things, like: large electric frying pan, medium electric frying pan, normal frying pans, two pots and steamer pot, and a two hob portable elements. A very decent microwave which also is an excellent oven. It can be used to cook a roast meal easily and all equipment you would need is at the studio. There are sharp cooking knives and a good wooden board for those that want to stay in and cook a lovely meal. There is a good washing machine and dryer too, so you can do all of your washing there, and there is space to dry your washing outside and a portable drying rack. Enough washing detergent for about 5 full loads. There is a fold down desk and a comfortable swivel chair, and 5G wifi if you have work to do. In all, the studio offers most things you could need for a short to medium stay.
