Four blocks to the beach and a 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants, this little house provides the comfort of home while on vacation. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, within easy walking distance to the town square, and it is very safe. Two bedrooms and two full baths [provide comfort and privacy. A dipping pool and rooftop terrace are perfect for outdoor living. Includes parking for one vehicle inside the gated courtyard. Open living, kitchen and dining rooms, and each room has a/c mini split. Floor to ceiling windows in the dining room let in lots of light. Full bathroom and bedroom off the living room. Through inner patio there is an additional bedroom with a full bath and doors that lead to the splash pool, an outdoor shower and half bathroom. Stairs access the rooftop terrace and kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer. The front yard is gated, with space to park a medium sized vehicle off of the street.

This place was spectacular! It reminded me when Airbnb started and the houses were fully stocked. I loved that I was able to wash and dry my clothes; they had detergent ❤️ We were able to grill and spend some time in the house. I really recommend this beautiful home.
The Place is absolutely light and lovely. We really liked the indoor/outdoor blend, and the afternoon sun at the plunge pool, even those it was not warm enough to actually make use of the pool. We really appreciated the availability of a washer/dryer! The rooftop BBQ area is huge, with professional BBQ and sink. Perfect for entertaining. To that end it bears pointing out that while it was just my daughter and I, each to one of the bedrooms, this AirBnB would be perfect for two couples, as the two bedroom suites are separate. The place is ideal for communal life and retreating respectively. More than anything we appreciated having Sarah and Luisa (and Luisa's husband Juan) be so responsive and helpful. We had Luisa's cell number and, not speaking Spanish fluently, it gave us peace of mind to know we could count on her.
