Modern groundfloor apartment in central suburb of Mt Albert / Ōwairaka. We are situated a 10 minutes walk from Avondale train station, or 15 minutes to Mt Albert. We are a 20 minute drive from the airport, with free street parking. We have a private entrance and a sunny garden with a small deck to enjoy your morning coffee. This is our home and is available to make your own while we are away. Modern one bedroom apartment. A comfy double sofa bed in the main living area. Fully equiped kitchen. Bathroom with a washing machine and space to dry clothes. Wifi, TV, etc.

Cute and cosy 1 bedroom apartment. Kitchen was really well stocked, really nice bathroom, the whole place was very tidy and clean . Apartment had everything we needed and close enough to activities we had planned. Parking was on the street just down from the apartment. Alex was really helpful and proactive with recommendations and information. They were also responsive and easy to get in contact with when we had an issue. Thanks for having us!
