Our townhome is located at 5800 ft elevation, it is a gentle transition for guests visiting from lower elevations when compared to other destinations.

The Bell's Canyon trailhead, a particular gem, leads hikers to a captivating reservoir and a breathtaking waterfall, providing a scenic escape into nature. Meanwhile, the Quarry Temple trailhead offers a milder hike, perfect for families and casual explorers, showcasing stunning views and opportunities for wildlife encounters.

The townhome is located at the base of Little Cottonwood Canyon. It is within walking distance to the Little Cottonwood Canyon Park and Ride bus to Snowbird and Atla!
We are walking distance to the several hiking trails including Granite Quarry Natural Trail and Historical Monument and Bells Canyon/ Waterfall Trailheads.
We are only 10 minutes away from Snowbird and Alta.
We are only 8 minutes away to the closest Smith's Grocery Store, McDonalds, Wendy's and Starbucks drive through. We are about 20 minutes away from Costco, Trader Joe's, Target, Whole Foods.
Brighton, Solitude, and Park City are about an additional 30 minute drive from our townhome.
Our townhome and individual driveway is plowed after each snowfall.
Our garage can fit mid size SUVs, cars and wagons.
It is important to note that oversized SUV's and trucks will not fit in our garage (it has low clearance) and parking (including overnight parking) is available at the top of our street. The overnight parking is a short walk 4 townhomes up the street.
