Our home has been remodeled with freshly painted interior, new stainless steel kitchen appliances, refinished walnut hardwood floors, and updated light fixtures to provide guests with modern amenities. Our home has attached garage parking with extra parking available in front of the garages in the driveway. Blink outdoor cameras and front door motion lighting provide additional security. Feel at ease working from our home with FAST WI-FI (rated and tested by Airbnb - 76 Mbps) and a dedicated workspace equipped with a desk, chair, computer monitor, and extra outlets. The living room has a 55" Smart LED 4K UHD TV. The 2 main bedrooms each have a 32" Smart HD Fire TV. Each tv has streaming services/apps installed (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Youtube and more) for you to easily sign in with your own credentials. Kitchen is stocked with cooking and eating/drinking essentials, refrigerator, 5-burner gas stove with oven, microwave, toaster, blender and Keurig with a variety of popular K-Cup Pods. In the bathroom, we maintain a supply of body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush, shaving razor, hair dryer, fresh towels and more just in case you forget to bring any of these essentials. The house was very comfy and homey. It wasn't luxurious, but it was clean and functional. It is in a central location for basically anyone traveling in any direction through Little Rock. I think it provided a better overall value than a couple of name brand hotels I stayed in recently. It wasn't situated in the nicest of neighborhoods, so the indoor garage parking was especially appreciated. I wish more Airbnb listings offered enclosed garage parking like this place does. The house sits right next to the interstate highway, so big trucks and emergency vehicles with sirens were passing by frequently. The thoughtfully provided earplugs solved that minor issue, no problem. The complimentary sparkling juice beverage was a classy touch, I enjoyed it. Overall, I think a five star review was earned, I would consider booking this place again in the future.
Great value
Gia’s place was one of the nicest Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, we were visiting for the solar eclipse with our daughter and she was so sweet as to leave us solar glasses and left us drinks and snacks as well! We felt so welcomed here! There was everything you could ask for at your stay and then some! The location was easy to get to and close to everything, the place was so clean and smelled fantastic and we were even able to park in the garage which made us feel safer as well. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking to stay in Little Rock! You can’t beat Gia’s place!
I enjoyed my stay. Some people may not like being so close to the interstate, but I liked the easy access it provided. I am particular about my car and enjoyed having a garage to pull into out of the weather.

Our home is located in the promising and historic Pettaway Park neighborhood in Downtown Little Rock. There’s renovated older homes, infill of new homes, and some neglected homes in need of attention. The neighbors are quiet, and our security cameras and garage parking provide much security. Like most downtown residential areas of metro cities and due to our home being right off I-30 and I-630, traffic noise is organic. We provide all guests with earplugs in our home in case anyone in your group is a light sleeper. If you’re looking for a cozy and spacious home centrally located and close to most of Little Rock’s main attractions and venues, look no further!
