Apartment is located in less busy area but still walkable distance to Old Town. Big balcony with great view is a plus. Piero is a great host. Highly recommend this place.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist top, lediglich die vielbefahrene Straße macht fast durchgehend Verkehrswert. Ansonsten war alles wie beschrieben. Insgesamt sehr gut zu einem anspruchsvollem Preis.

My two kids, aged 9 and 8, and I had a perfect three-week stay in this beautiful apartment. It overlooks the Arno River and offers stunning views of the Fiesole hills and the one where the Piazzale Michelangelo is. Most places were easily reachable on foot within 30 minutes (we love to walk), but on days when we felt tired, we just took the bus that stopped right in front of the apartment. The kitchenette was well-equipped and clean, and the rooms were spacious, simple but beautifully decorated, and well-maintained. The terrace was a gem, and I will never forget all the sunsets I watched during my stay. I also want to mention that Mr. Vannetti was an excellent host. He kindly responded to all my queries and helped me immediately when I realized I had left something behind in the apartment. He generously went through the trouble of mailing it back to Korea. I wish to stay here again if I have the chance to visit Firenze again.

Bonne communication avec Piero pour régler l’arrivée et l’entrée dans le parking. Il serait bon néanmoins de donner l’adresse exacte du parking, qui n’est pas identique à l’adresse de l’entrée de l’immeuble . Pas d’ascenseur pour aller du parking à l’appartement, ceci peut être un inconvénient pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. Bonne situation, à 40 minutes de marche du centre ville. L’appartement correspond à la description, avec un oubli néanmoins: il n’est pas fait mention que les occupants du logement doivent cohabiter avec la télévision du voisin, de l’autre côté de la chambre sans salle de bains. Et ceci a partir de la fin de l’après midi et jusqu’à tard la nuit (environ minuit). Comme ce voisin est dans l’immeuble contigu, et non sur le palier, il n’a pas été possible de communiquer avec lui pour lui demander de modérer l’intensité du volume du son de la télévision, qui était extrêmement élevé et a occasionné une gêne importante, surtout vu le prix du logement.
