Lawrence and his wife bought us fresh cinnamon buns on Saturday morning as a treat! Was a great surprise! Sorry we didn’t get to enjoy his famous fries! One of the funniest individuals my three brothers and I have had the pleasure of conversing with! He s a comedian at heart and offers a great slice of heaven to enjoy on a beautiful property and accommodations! Lots of cool places to hang out and relax on the property! We will be making a return visit for sure!

Beautiful location, excellent amenities and extras. With multiple rentals it can be a shared space but there are lots of spaces and amenities for everyone to share.

The property is a good distance from the main road and quiet amongst beautiful tall trees. Lawrence is a great on site host. He was available at a moments notice if I had issues or questions. The other guests staying in bunkies behind the cabin were unobtrusive and had dedicated outdoor spaces. The cabin was lovely, bed comfortable. Lots of room for storage of personal items. Kitchen had all the little things commonly missed at rental properties. The lake is stunning and the cottage is situated at a beautiful vantage point. The sun tucks behind the trees in the afternoon so I was glad to have many options for activities on the lake to get some afternoon sun. We quite enjoyed cruising around on the AquaCycle. I really appreciated having the ability to enjoy the beauty of the lake from the comfy screen room seating despite some nasty weather. Lawrence has put a lot of heart into creating a mini-resort oasis and the outdoor seating/hang out spaces were top notch. All in all great stay.
