Please note that this amount does not include final cleaning, electricity over 100 Kw/h per week and a small check-in fee for arrivals after 5pm. The recently renovated villa boasts a typical Caprese style architecture and is nestled in a serene location surrounded by exotic vegetation including maritime pine trees, olive trees, and cypress trees. The villa offers breathtaking views of the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius and is just a short walk away from the famous Blue Grotto. With five double bedrooms and five bathrooms, the villa can accommodate up to 10 people. The interiors are a perfect blend of antique and contemporary items, making it elegant and airy. The outdoor space includes a 300mq garden, and a large terrace perfect for al-fresco dining. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, and satellite TV. Prices start at €1,000 per week, excluding final cleaning, electricity over 100 Kw/h per week, and a check-in fee for arrivals after 5:00 pm. Description Villa Felicia is conveniently located on the island of Capri and is furnished in a classic 1950's style with luxurious period furniture. The Villa is situated within walking distance of the famous Piazzetta and less than 10 minutes walk from the beach of Marina Piccola. The well-kept gardens are approximately 500 square metres in size and boast specimens of Mediterranean plants. The villa, which is divided into two independent levels connected by a communal garden, comprises five bedrooms, five bathrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms, a dining room and a panoramic terrace, making it an ideal retreat for large families and/or a group of friends. Villa Prestige '50 has, in fact, hosted some of the most celebrated parties held on the island of Capri and is an emblem of luxury, privacy and exclusivity. It is just a ten-minute walk from "La Piazzetta", the historic square in the centre of Capri, and at the same distance (10 minutes) you can reach the beach of Marina Piccola. A small supermarket and a local restaurant are only 300 metres away, while all the main services such as banks, bars, boutiques are in the centre of Capri. Getting around the island is easy. Apart from walking, there is a bus stop located very close to the villa, while taxis are available all over the island. A transfer service can also be arranged on request. Interior Description At Villa Felicia on the ground floor: through the corridor, one enters the spacious living room furnished with vaulted ceilings, sofas and French doors leading to the terrace furnished with outdoor furniture and overlooking the beautiful sea view. Directly behind the main living room, through a series of arches and pillars is the dining room that comfortably seats up to 10 people around a luxurious antique wooden table. Adjacent to the living room, there is also a small room with a TV and sofas. Also from this room, there is access to the bright terrace. The kitchen is spacious and elegantly furnished with tiles finely painted by local craftsmen. It is well equipped with all necessary utensils, including a 5-burner stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. You will also find a separate bathroom with a washing machine, sink and everything you need for cleaning. The bedrooms - upper level The villa can comfortably accommodate ten to twelve guests in four double rooms and one twin room with two beds. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is generously sized and enjoys a walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom adorned with a bathtub. Through a set of glass doors, there is direct access to the main terrace and gardens. The second bedroom also enjoys an ensuite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and an additional single bed, ideal for a child or teenager. From the window you can admire the villa's gardens. The annexe Passing through the lush gardens and down a wide staircase, you will reach the entrance to the annexe. This independent flat also enjoys separate access directly onto the main road. Upon entering the flat you will find a cosy living/dining room with TV corner and wooden furniture. There is also a small, functional kitchenette with electric stove and refrigerator/freezer. Furthermore, via the corridor, you reach the sleeping space where you will find three more bedrooms, two doubles and one twin. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the third bathroom has been recently renovated and is equipped with a large shower. One of the double bedrooms has an extra single bed for a child, if required. The well-maintained gardens are divided into two levels and boast an array of Mediterranean plants. On the upper level of the villa, you have a choice of two terraces where you can enjoy relaxing moments while admiring the surrounding panorama. The covered terraces are furnished with upholstered sofas, deck chairs and a beautiful dining table for up to 12 persons, perfect for al fresco dining. There are numerous outdoor seating areas around the Villa, one of which is shaded by a natural canopy of pine trees, giving you the privacy you need if you are travelling with a larger group. The outdoor area is pleasantly furnished with tables and chairs so that you can spend happy and restful moments. There is an outdoor shower in the garden to cool off after a swim in the salty waters of the Mediterranean.
