Please note: - The flat is located on the fourth floor and there is no lift, so unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with limited mobility and there is no step free access. - We are not available to take groups looking to host parties etc due to the quiet neighbourhood and for the sake of guests with allergies etc we are keeping the property pet free and smoke free. - Key safe location and code and parking information will be given before arrival. For bookings with infants and toddler we can provide a travel bed and mattress but you must request this prior to booking About this space The flat is split into five rooms and is fully equipment with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Wi-Fi is provided and accessible throughout the property. Kitchen/Dining/Living room The property features an open plan living dining kitchen area. The kitchen is fitted high quality integrated appliances, a full-sized fridge/freezer, washing machine, and hob/oven. The living and dining area comprises of a dining table that seats six and a comfortable seating area, which including a sofa bed that sleeps two. Alongside and large TV which has access to streaming services such as netflix, bbc iplayer, all 4 ect. Bathroom one Features a toilet and a bath with a shower attachment. Hand wash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and towels provided. Bedroom one (single) One single bed with a set of shelfs and a clothes rail for storage. Bedroom two (double and single ) and en-suite (bathroom two) One double bed and one single bed with a clothes rail and dresser for storage. The en-suite bathroom has a toilet and walk in shower. Hand wash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and towels provided. Transport The property is extremely well connected and has excellent transport links by rail, bus, and car. Rail Gravelly Hill Train Station (located on Hillaries Road) is 0.4 miles from the flat, a 9-minute walk. Bus The bus stop is located outside the front entrance of the flat and is 1 minute walk to from the flat, number 66, 110, X3, X4, X5, X14 and x15 buses will take you directly to the city centre of Birmingham. Driving and parking The flat is located 1 minute away by car from the motorway, spaghetti junction that leads to M6/M5/M42. The booking comes with off-road secure parking at the back of the property, there is one guaranteed/allocated parking space and additional spaces located next to the bin store but are subject to availability.
