We are an easy walk to the train station, art museum, restaurants, shops, and many beautiful nature spots in and around Brattleboro VT, plus a 40 minute drive to the Mount Snow ski area, and local hiking, swimming, boating, skiing, and skating opportunities. A nature lover's paradise! Enjoy the great outdoors and small town living, or cozy up in the tiny house and just relax.

Tiny home was very well organized. Very nicely decorated. Quality build. Just a lot of money for a small space.
All was as expected. It was very comfortable and I felt right at home. I equated it to being in a camper but way better. Lissa was wonderfully communicative; proactive and responsive. I’d love to come back in the future. It’s a great location for various adventures and experiences.
Great tiny house
Quaint, beautiful place. The space was made use of smartly where it didn't feel congested rather more open, clean and welcoming. Lissa was very responsive and gave clear instructions.
Lissa was a fantastic host: responsive, helpful, and clear. I loved staying in my first tiny home. It was just me, but I think having a second person would have been fine too. It's so cozy and comfortable. I really appreciated the little aesthetic details around the decor, such as the choice of bedding and side table (it was a repurposed wood crate). It was also extremely clean and organized, which is a big thing for me.

We are located in the small town of Brattleboro Vermont, population 12,000. We are a mile from the center of town and an easy walk, bike or drive to all the local amenities. Plan to encounter lots of friendly neighbors, dog walkers, backyard gardens, and old Victorian and New England style farm houses. In the summer you can catch a ballgame at the nearby Little League field, which is a favorite local hangout. Here at the tiny house you can relax in our garden, make a fire or join our fire pit on the patio.
We are located right off of exit one off 91, and have ample free parking available next to the tiny house. We are an easy one mile walk or bike ride away from the center of town, and from the Amtrak train station. There is also a local bus called the MOOver which picks riders up at the bus stop right in front of our main home on it's way downtown.
