Splitrock Farm and Retreat offers guests access to 101 acres of land, which includes beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean to the southwest and Big Bear and Mount Jacinto to the northeast. Guests have access to 6+ miles of walking and biking trails, including the Splitrock 5K (3.12 miles) that covers most of the property and all the key features and viewpoints. Feel free to explore the farm, engage with the animals, and share photos!
Splitrock offers regular wellness events such as morning yoga, sunset sound bath, FarmFit classes, and other experiences while on-site. Please see our Splitrock.events page for our schedule of upcoming events.
Splitrock is located 5 miles from downtown Fallbrook, 14 miles from wine tasting in Temecula, and a mile east of Camp Pendleton Nature Preserve. The Santa Margarita River Trail has a large parking lot 3 miles from Splitrock on the way into Fallbrook. It's a beautiful trail along a natural river lined with trees, and you can find the locals swimming hole and tire swings where the river meets the road. Finally, the Santa Rosa Plateau offers miles of trails nearby.
The Camp Shop has some of those popular items that campers need or forget. Look for the gray shipping container at the intersection of Dawes Dr and Splitrock Blvd, near Shady Spring. Please be advised that the Camp Shop may occasionally be closed depending upon an available attendant. You may message the camp host while staying with us to request access and if available we can deliver any Camp Shop items with completed payment and confirmation prior to your arrival.
You can rent additional 13ft canvas bell tents to be set-up for larger parties. You can also rent cots and cozy bedding bags. Please don’t forget to add additional items such as bedding and firewood.
