Perfect for visitors looking for a short walk into the centre of Swansea, train station, uplands and a short drive away from mumbles and Langland. The apartment is suitable for both leisure and business. If you require longer stays for work visits please don't hesitate to message and this can be organised. Self check in key safe. Enter the building through a communal front or back door in the hallway, staircase leads to the first floor and property entrance. The apartment has a large bedroom with a double bed. A separate bathroom with shower space. A open plan living area and kitchen. It offers all you need; WIFI, smart TV with Netflix, Hairdryer and a iron/ironing board. Please find Wi-Fi code at rear of router in corner of living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, washer, utensils, crockery, kettle, toaster and microwave. Please also be considerate in regards to noise due to other tenants in the building.

Beautiful apartment, clean and fresh. Would defo come back
Absolutely loved the place! The host was always very responsive if I needed anything and the place was as he described. Would highly highly recommend! Very clean place! And was just absolutely a 10/10! We had a very good time especially as it was quiet and the place had restaurants outside , the beach 12 mins walk along with city centre + bus station 10 mins. Everything was exactly what we wanted. The price was amazing as well especially for what we got. Was very relaxing. No noise.
Steffans place is very nice. Maintained to a high standard. Well equipped kitchen good space and comfy bed. Good to have off street parking. Location handy for Swansea although the surrounding area leaves a little to be desired.
The place was spotlessly clean, tidy and modern. It was very close to restaurants and city center. The host Steffan was very helpful and friendly. I truly enjoyed my stay and would certainly recommend it to friends and family.

There is a tesco extra shop directly across the road from the apartment for those who may need anything with a cash machine located there also. Not to be forgotten is the wide variety of restaurants/takeaways and pubs in the surrounding area.
