There is a shared fenced yard with a small patio. The fenced yard is shared with the guests in the other apartment unit. There is also a main house. Guests in the main house have their own fenced yard and do not share with you. All three units on the property have access to the pickleball court. There are paddles and balls provided. Please be mindful of others waiting to use the indoor court.
