The villa is an absolute gem! Everything was perfect the minute we’ve arrived and the kind house management helped us with everything throughout our stay. The amenities were clean and brand new. Everything is state of the art and works well. The location is also very good, as the property was very close to our favourite beach at the Silver Beach Resort. One point to mention is the handling of electricity as an on top payment at the end of our stay. It is somehow coming practice on Samui, but also prevents that people run the air conditioning 24/7. We tried to be sensible with our usage of the electricity and paid roughly 300 THB after three nights of sleeping with the A/C on. Compare to other properties listed on AufBnB this Villa had the lowest rate, when it came to electricity. So, in the end it felt that we were treated in a fair manner. Overall, we would clearly recommend this AirBnB to anyone, who wants to have a chilled place with a pool not far from everything on Samui.
