Furnishings The 100 m2 house is equipped with three bedrooms, a hems (additional bedroom under the roof) and two bathrooms. There is plenty of room for up to eight people here to spend a wonderful holiday. The open kitchen (with dishwasher and microwave) is connected to the dining and living room, the fireplace in the living room immediately creates a typical Danish holiday home feeling and warms up wonderfully quickly on cool days. There is of course also the option of heating the house using a heat pump and heaters. The kitchen is characterized by high-quality equipment, so that no wish remains unfulfilled even on vacation and you don't miss anything. The bright and inviting living room with adjoining sun terrace faces south with its beautiful, large glass front, allowing plenty of light and sun to flood through the house all day long. The owners are creative, artistic people and have individually furnished the house with a very loving touch. The photographs on the walls are of the owner and exude a lively charm that makes the house appear modern yet cozy. Smart TV, WiFi - everything is up to date and with a data speed of 300 MB/s, WiFi is even available in the garden. For surfing/water sports fans, there is enough space in the shed next to the utility room with washing machine and dryer to store your boards and surfing equipment in a dry place. Two of the three bedrooms each have a comfortable 160m x 200m bed and plenty of closet space, the third bedroom is equipped with two comfortable single beds. There are two more comfortable sleeping spaces in the hem (a comfortable, high-quality futon is available there), off the living area. The large, luxurious bathroom with shower room and whirlpool is also equipped with underfloor heating, as is the small bathroom. The beautiful sauna is connected to the large bathroom. Outdoor area On warmer days, you are drawn to the beautifully landscaped garden that extends around the house. There are lots of nice, sunny places to sit on the lounger and read a book. The large table on the sun terrace offers enough space for a cozy gathering, be it to eat or simply to enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful place. The spacious garden with a large lawn offers sun, shade or wind protection and many opportunities to spend time outside. A Weber gas grill and a charcoal grill are available for free use. The house is located in a small cul-de-sac called Søtungevej - well placed on the edge of the cozy coastal town of Nr. Vorupør, a lively holiday resort. Nevertheless, everything is within easy reach. It's about a 10-minute walk to the supermarket and about a 15-minute walk to the sea. Everything can be reached by bike in about 5 minutes. FREE!
