This Place is across the lane from the Dungeness River Nature Center, The Olympic Discovery Trail, including the bridge across the river. Close to town, but country setting. There is some traffic to the Nature Center going by during the day, but it is completely quiet at night. We are on the corner of two dead end roads. The Dungeness River is about 300 yards away. The Nature Center is the gateway to the Railroad Bridge across the river and part of the Olympic Discovery Trail. We will welcome you with fresh bread and wine or a non-alcoholic beverage if you prefer. Both venues give you the opportunity to make coffee, or tea and heat or cook a meal in the microwave. Dishes are supplied. The studio also has hot plates and cooking utensils.

Great place to stay, delicious fresh bread and a bottle of wine apon a arrival. yogurt and granola. Short walk to trails and the river. peaceful and beautiful! Definitely coming back!

Definitely the best Airbnb place we have stayed in the past. The rooms are meticulously guided and very easy to use. The surroundings are very peaceful and warm. The homemade bread, homemade yogurt, and wine service is a very nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.
I was very excited about the location of Grace’s place because it was so close to the Olympic bird festival center, which is why I came. The room was very comfortable and clean. Grace’s special touches made me feel extra welcome. The outdoor area was very beautiful, and I was able to enjoy the beauty of Spring in Sequim. It was very private and quiet, but very close to activities that I chose.
Grace is one of the most hospitable hosts. We planned a very last-minute trip to the Olympic area and needed a place to crash after our adventures. I was not expecting the type of hospitality Grace offered. She welcomed us with homemade sourdough bread and wine, and our pup got to meet her dogs. Every detail of our stay was meticulously arranged, from clear labels to a seamless check-in process.

The Dungeness River is about 300 yards from your apartment door. This is a great place to walk. We are directly across a dead end street from the Dungeness River Nature Center and the Olympic Discovery Trail. There is some traffic to this park during the day, but none at night.

Grace is my name, Hospitality is my game. Getting to where I am now, I fished commercially in Alaska for 25 year, raised my kids on a boat and wrote a book about it. After a painful divorce, I remarried. My present husband and I two goats in 1999 as part of preparation Y2K. That business is now two businesses--a boutique dairy we gave to my step-son, and the skin care business we still operate here at This Place.
