Located in Grand Bay, 25-30 minutes to Ingalls Shipyard (22.1 miles) and Chevron (20.3 miles); an ideal place to comfortably rest your head for a reasonable rate. This is an older mobile home with AC units and central heat on a road with speed bumps and pot holes where areas of the road has washed out although it’s a safe, clean & comfortable place to rest your head.

This was a great place to crash for a few days while I was passing through the area. Checking in was super easy. The place is definitely on the older side, but it was clean enough and had all the amenities I needed. It’s about a ten minute drive to the nearest grocery store or restaurant, maybe five minutes to the nearest gas station. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area.

This is a mobile home located in Ramsey estates. This subdivision consists of mixed homes, mostly mobile homes and some houses. The road has speed bumps and pot holes along with areas that are washed out in the road so please be careful driving your vehicles into the neighborhood.
The yard is large and spacious. You may park anywhere in the front.

My grandmother, Joyce, has been in rental property for over 40 years and this was an experiment to see how well she would like Airbnb. Much to my surprise, she loves it and runs the show! These Airbnb’s are owned and operated by her. Every now and then, if she has something that needs to be addressed, she will ask it of me and I will provide my services.
