Pros: 1. Great location, lots of restaurants, bars, cafes within walking distance. 2. Hosts are attentive and were able to fix things in reasonable amount of time 3. The apartment itself was nice - well lit, decorated, and has a balcony Cons: 1. Unfortunately, this place suffers from a serious mold problem. The kitchen sink leaks water under the cabinet and that area is full of black mold. This can cause health problems for people with mold allergies. We were experiencing symptoms of mold exposure after the first night, which then worsened over the next few days. For that reason, we could not stay here for the full 4 weeks we booked. Clara refunded us the remaining amount, but I cannot recommend this place for people who have mold allergies or sensitivities. 2. General maintenance was lacking. Some lights needed to be replaced, other small things. The boiler stopped working but as mentioned earlier they were able to fix it in a reasonable timeframe.

The place was exactly as we expected. Good location, 10 minutes walking to the subway, comfortable for couples and beautiful view from the balcony. Clara and José were treat us friendly and flexible at check-in and check-out.

Clara's place is in a quiet location in Palermo with cafes around. It has a nice small balcony. And I liked that the bedroom was separated from the living room and kitchen. Clara is responsive and everything worked well. It was my second time there.
