Stayed there for one night, close to a lot of great food spots and the roof top pool was amazing

The MarQ is a new, beautifully appointed building. The pools (3) on the rooftop are wonderful! The condo was adequate for our week-long stay, with good air conditioning. It is located on the first floor; the ‘courtyard’ view being less than desirable. Here is the feedback for improvement we offered the hosts, to help make the next guest’s experience a little better: 1. Oven is not working. It turns on, then turns itself off. We tried resetting the breaker but it kept happening. 2. The window in the bathroom needs a covering but the garbage bag should be replaced with a proper blind (it kept falling off). 3. The water heater switch should be labelled. 4. Coffee mugs should be added. 5. Wifi passwords for both condo and pool should be added to the welcome/check-in message. 6. Lamps in bedroom. 7. If 2 people checking in, 2 robes should be provided. 8. Not sure if it’s fair to say that the condo overlooks a courtyard (in the description of the property), as this is not true.

Easy check in even late at night. We didn’t have to wait long to get into the apartment as the hosts are responsive. The pool is very nice and has a great view of the city. The apartment was smaller than expected.
